Icons of French motoring in Rumia. A free exhibition of classic cars is set to open

They used to turn heads on the roads, delighting onlookers with their elegance and sporty character, and today they are among the most prized classics in motoring. From 1 to 30 August, visitors to the Auchan Shopping Centre in Port Rumia will be able to see them up close during a free exhibition of classic cars from the Gdynia Motor Museum. The shopping centre will host unique models that have left an indelible mark on the history of the French motoring industry.

Classic car 
enthusiasts and those looking for unusual holiday attractions will be able to step back in time to the golden age of motoring. On Saturday, 1 August, a free exhibition of vintage vehicles from the collection of the Gdynia Motor Museum will open at the Auchan shopping centre in Port Rumia. French classics from the last century will be on display at the shopping centre: the Peugeot 202 BH, Citroën Type A, Renault 4CV and Renault NN.


Each of the models on display stands out for its unique style and represents an important part of motoring history. The distinctive body lines, unique details and carefully restored components will allow visitors to take a close look at the design features that, years ago, set the standards for elegance and sporting performance. The exhibition will be accompanied by information panels detailing the history of each vehicle and interesting facts about their design and role in the development of the French automotive industry.


The free exhibition of vintage cars from the Gdynia Motor Museum at the Rumia Port Auchan Centre will run from 1 to 30 August.
