The long-awaited asparagus will once again appear on the guests' plates, this time in the company of, among others fried eggs and cheese sauce.

The asparagus season is short and it's definitely worth making the most of it! In addition to the taste that pleases our palates, they are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. This season, in Sphinx restaurants, you can try them in several versions.

The iconic Shoarma® appears in a fashionable version with asparagus topped with cheese sauce, crimped potatoes and freshly baked pita bread. The cheese sauce is made from two types of cheese - Grana Padano and Cheddar. For burger gourmets, we propose an item composed of butter-browned asparagus with a fried egg, cheese sauce, beef, red onion and arugula (a dish available in selected Sphinx restaurants).

Other spring dishes also deserve attention, such as black cod in a distinctive tarragon sauce on black rice, or grilled chicken breast with chimichurri paste (an aromatic, Argentinean composition of herbs, spices and oil), served on potato pancakes with grilled vegetables. These pancakes can also be ordered with grilled sirloin on asparagus, cheese sauce and chimichurri.

And for those looking for refreshment, there are fruit and ice desserts, lemonade, Pepsi Green Max and fruit mojito with mint and citrus.
